The NEON Network is a comprehensive collaborative Entrepreneurial system designed to meet business and individual needs of aspiring entrepreneurs in North Minneapolis. The Network is comprised of multiple agencies located throughout the Metro that provide direct services and collectively bring years of experience in serving ethnic entrepreneurs in areas such as North Minneapolis.
