It’s inspiring to see NEON actively engaging in crucial conversations about systemic barriers to prosperity for Black Minnesotans. This collaboration with the Minneapolis Fed and such esteemed panelists highlights the importance of shining a bright light on issues of education and employment inequities.
Much like the glow of neon and lights that illuminate a path forward, this dialogue serves as a beacon for systemic change. Kudos to NEON and all involved for addressing these challenges with intention and purpose!
